Can I raise this river? I'm pretty sure I'm good here. Anything different to do here? I was pretty confused during the hand.

Just ignore donkbets like this completely and pretend he checked. Hand looks fine to me.

No wait, that flop bet is too weak. I'd make it $10-12 on the flop, and half pot the turn.

Villain has some serious donk stats. He has about $31 left so are you thinking all in or something like $20? He would have to be a super awful donk to call a river raise with something you beat since you are advertising a pretty big hand. With just stats for a read, I call the lame river bet as I think the raise is too thin without a better read.
