Reads: Not much, 25/5 over a small sample. I figure Villain's range is something like TT+, AK. Obviously, I'm hoping more for a flop like 942r, but with only one of his possible cards hitting, it's more than likely he doesn't have QQ.

looks standard. You could move it in slower (bet 3, push turn), but probably makes no difference.

Are you saying I should have reloaded to a full stack before the hand (yeah, I probably should have), or to go ahead and add chips once I see AA (cause you just know they're getting cracked)?

But if the flop comes down something like KQ5, do you check behind flop and see what the turn brings?
