Let's see, KQ, 77, QJ...also likely is clubs (based on donk bet on turn). River is close to a fold based on nittiness and range.

12/6 nits don't fold SC's even if they are OOP (b/c they don't realize that SC's suck OOP)

Villain's play is pretty consistent with a flush or QJ. That said, he could also have KQ, QT, or worse. Could have 77 as well. I pot that flop, it's great for you and you want to start building a big pot. Turn I raise more, a pot-sized raise is to $11, I'd make it at least $8, more likely $9 or $10, planning to shove the river. As played, that's an ugly river card and villain shoves into. Given his stats, he's got a monster here just about always. It sucks, but I think you have to fold that river against this villain.
