On the turn, raise it up, no cheap river, this is quite often a diamond draw, especially from a villain with 51 VPIP
Unfortunately, because he's donking around building a pot, you're probably going to have to push the turn to deny him the odds he needs and he'll probably fold to that.

Fold preflop. Raise turn. Push, if stack sizes allow, and I think they do.
