KK, Dangerous Board - Call Small River Bet?

Villains been pretty loose PF and on the flop from what I've observed, he could have a fairly wide range of hands here. I'm thinking a call here is the best way to go - can't fold but get no value from a raise?? Opinions on the rest of the hand??
