I thought he was drawing to the flush, but now he checks to me on the river when the flush card hits. So do I bet or check behind?

you have to realize the all in great equalizer is a perfect deception play for this exact spot.. catch him off guard and put him on his toes with the most powerful move in no limit hold em.
