You could b/f flop here, but I don't think c/f is horrible. You have to shutdown if called anyways. All leading does is prevent a weaker hand from betting you off your hand, but they might take a second shot on a later street anyways.

What's your read on villain? His UTG raising range is pretty important.

I've been getting into some trouble lately Reraising pre with sub-premium hands like this. I don't hate the reraise, but another less risky option you could take is flat-call pre, partially for set value, fold to an ace if you don't make set, and play poker if you flop an overpair (maybe C/R his cbet, and then figure out where you stand).
