strange turn bet

What do you put him on with the strange turn bet? I thought either something like pocket tens, or KQ/AQ, possibly diamonds. Thoughts on the push? BB seems a bit bad and has called big preflop raises and folded before. I've been sitting at the table for a short while and have won a few pots without showdown, he may think I've been bluffing.
