I think you are beat at river, anything which he repops utg raiser with (if hes not a total lagtard) is beating you. If his range is TT+, AJ+(quite loose i think), theres nothing you beat.

read helps so u have some idea of his three betting range/post flop tendencies...
i don't know if i bet out on flop, a lot of villains will float you with anything they three-bet with PF, including AK/AQ
i dunno...is c/c flop, c/f turn too weak? as played id say turn is easy check and river is easy fold
