ok villain is one of the better lags ive encountered at ssnl. still not great, too loose pf imo an doesnt tailor his aggression to suit the opponent/circumstance that well(eg trying to make stations fold). he's not stupid though, not likely to go broke with tptk in unraised pots, call down with middle pair, chase longshot draws etc. his stats are 39/16/3 over 250ish hands.

i had been card dead in this session. i looked at my vpip/pf raise afterwards an i was 15/5. my numbers are usually higher in full ring. so if villains paying attention he will consider me to be rather tight.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 max, 5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

saw flop|saw showdown

SB ($43.65)
Hero ($95.10)
UTG ($110.80)
MP (villain) ($236.15)
Button ($94.40)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG calls $1, MP (villain) calls $1, Button calls $1, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: ($4.50) 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif (4 players)
Hero bets $4, UTG folds, villain raises to $15, Button folds, hero?

his range is pretty wide here an i think folding is out of the question though im willing to be pursuaded otherwise.

plan for the rest of hand?

if you call how do you approach a blank/spade turn?

thx

I call and lead a turn that is not a spade or K. Fold to further aggression. You said he is not stupid, so I don't think he will raise again on the turn with just 1 pair.
