Villain is quite loose preflop, as you can probably tell from the preflop betting. What is my river move here? Do I make a small bet to try and keep the pot small and avoid a difficult choice if villain makes a large bet? Do I bet big (flush draw)? I'm pretty sure they won't be folding a weak A.

I bet bigger on the flop like 3.5 or so (this is barely a half pot bet).

On the river c/f or maybe call a small bet.

For me, this is a classic blocking bet spot (about $3.50). Most opponents aren't bluff-raising here, so you can comfortably lay down your kings if he comes over the top. You might also get some value out of lower pocket pairs.
