the flop raise is on the larger side, I think .75 is fine (board isn't really drawy). As played I think I call.

a) he's short stacked
b) you have TPTK 4 handed
c) he has a worse J a lot
d) str8 draw and lower pair are also in range

only fold if he's very passive in general
