MP ($19.45)
Hero ($78.30)
Button ($33.25)
SB ($61.45)
BB ($51.15)
UTG ($10)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif. UTG posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG (poster) raises to $10, Hero folds?

Villain is 61/15/2.5. If I had been in the blinds, or maybe OTB I would call this normally, but with so many left to act I let it go. How often would you call this?

It is, the thing is, that well, against AA,KK,QQ and AK, you are a dog ... sure, but ... villian is a maniac, he has played a lot of hands, he sits, post out of turn and then pushes a sort stack ... Holla !!

AQ does brilliantly in such a situation, against a pair you are flipping and any unpaired hand is crushed up to 70-30.

Overall against his range you are at least 60-40 and that is a good wager, you can't pass it up.

Embrace variance, don't fear it /images/graemlins/smile.gif

If you are afraid of those left to act OP, then push over villian, we are talking about three random hands, and apart from AA, KK and AK your hand is doing very well against those as well.

Yes that is perhaps the best course, push this baby !!

(Sng's ... err ... what are you talking about ? )
