where do i start from a 200$ roll ? (poker?

Hi, Ive recently got into the game again after having a total breakdown losing most of my cash. I played up to 10-20NL and won big for a while but i went on big tilt and blew my money away but after 6 months off poker Ive decided to give it another shot. Im gonna start with 200$ at 25$ NL and work my way up again, and I was wondering what site/bonus you guys would suggest according to my BR.

you should start at $10NL, and even then you really want at least $300 unless you've got a very significant edge in the game.

but really, you should take that $200 and whore some casinos for a month or two, get your roll up to couple of grand and then go back to poker at whatever stakes you can afford.

thanks for you reply tom but as i mentioned i used to play up to 10-20 nl, and ive whored most of the good bonuses. I started playing 3 years ago Im no novice. I was wondering how would I start building a BR considering I got the skills to beat 25NL at 7-10PTBB/100. To put it another way, what is the best bonus to whore for a 25$ NL player.

fair enough, though re the stakes i'm not talking about your skill level, just simple BR management. the best player in the world has a serious chance of going busto with only 8 buyins, even in a soft game. by the way i'd be impressed if you've whored all of the decent bonuses out there, there are some newish good ones (skybet, yukon gold etc) - beatingbonuses has an excellent list that's worth checking out.

anyway re the bonus on your roll i'd be hard pressed to go anywhere other than WPEX to be honest, you'll struggle to beat 100% rakeback as a bonus at those stakes. the games aren't great and neither is the software, but with that bankroll overcoming the rake is a huge issue.. UB is also decent if you're playing enough hands, though it's much better at higher limits. the only other one that's really worth worrying about IMHO is William Hill's ~$50 monthly bonus (though i think this isn't as good for NL players).

i understand about the risk of going bust with only 8 buyins, if i go busto ill pop in another 200$, i just want to try to build up from scratch again to see if i can still beat the games :P

you mentioned wpex but i think having the tables filled with fish is better than 100% rakeback. ill think ill give ub a shot since u both recommeded it.

i havent done the skybet, yukon gold btw so if u could pm me for some more advice ill be happy to split refer a friend or whatever theyre running :P
