Flop raise seems a bit large. I'd raise to 6. He has an AF of 1 so hes not betting into you light. On the turn he broadcasts that he has the q and you answer by telling him you have a draw. Against a better opponent I would've raised the turn, but hes probably not folding tp to aggression so....
