After a couple orbits- villain isn't crazy, no real reads. How's my line? I think I'm getting way too good a price here to fold, gotta call and hope to see JJ/TT/some kinda draw..?

I would fold this here considering the odds given to you.

What range of hands do you put the villian on in this hand to make this statement true?

I can't put the villian on 68. if he had a set, thats poker.

I expect to see 9x hearts more times than not.

I call, granted I play exclusively in brick and mortar casinos.

You're probably in trouble -- Villain is playing like he flopped a set (or slowplayed AA) with that preflop call (and it was $1.75 to him), flop call, turn raise sequence -- but I probably would call and hope he just has a worse UI PP (or maybe a hand like Ah9h or AhKh) instead. The main reason I think a worse PP is possible is that Villain may be getting the sense that he's going to have to put his stack in anyway to show down, so he could be figuring he might as well go ahead and raise all-in and get it over with.
