Stupid Question (PT)

I've looked EVERYWHERE...i KNOW there is a sticky and I looked through the main stickies, so I must be blind...


But is there a link for the PT rules? I reinstalled PT after not using it for a year and i'm trying to set my rules and have no idea what i used to use but I know they were off of this site.
