My opponent is 25/10/1.5 in 300 hands. Somewhat passive nitty multi-tabling type. I play 25/20 and am ultra-aggressive postflop, so there is a chance opponent is snapping off a c-bet. I'm not entirely sure if opponent is paying attention though. No history between me and him. Turn overbet screams of betting scared. Opinions?

I'd shove flop, there are so many turn cards you don't want to see.

Any other opinions? I have great trouble believing shoving on the flop is optimal here, it folds Ax, Kx, clubs, maybe even AK.

AK is never folding here. That said, shoving the flop may not be optimal, but not 3-betting is terrible. You are way ahead on this flop, you want to get as much money into the pot as possible, while protecting against draws.

AK never folds that flop.

I don't know the player, but I really doubt that a passive nit is limping UTG/ calling/ checkrasing flop with Ax or Kx.
And if he is, there's no reason to say he wont call a flop shove.

Nothing really wrong with getting clubs to fold here, better to have them fold then outdraw you.
