it doesn't really matter when it clears at $1/hr and they have a reload like every day

It might not matter much in terms of actual clearance, but it certainly could affect the decision of new players looking for a site to play on.

most bonus expires anyways. they can give a 1,ooo,ooo bonus and it might be worth $40 to the avg. player.....lol
