Villain is sort of new to the table; he seems loose and passive (no PT, so no stats.) No aggro behaviors from him so far. I have been tight and not noticeably out of line pf.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool (http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php) from FlopTurnRiver.com (http://www.flopturnriver.com) (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP ($16.25)
Button ($11.50)
SB ($10.05)
Hero ($9.60)
UTG ($4.90)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Khttp://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/images/smiles/club.gif, Khttp://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/images/smiles/spade.gif.
2 folds, Button raises to $0.2, 1 fold, Hero raises to $1, Button raises to $2, Hero: ?

First, why did I re-raise 5x OOP? Because I have found that, in spots like these (where pf min-raise so often = suited speculative hand or small-to-mid pair) many typical 10NLers will still flat call with their pairs, Ax (even KQs-ish type hands) and try to hit, so I get a lot of value.

So, what's my plan here? Is this one of those amazing pf betting sequences that allows me to put villain on AA and little else? Or, despite the min-betting and RE-min-raising, against a typical unknown at 10NL, should I always assign a range of at least ~{JJ+, AK}?

Given the lack of substantial history / reads, is a push here trivial? Or do I call and check (check-call) most flops?
What is likely the most EV play here, and why?
