Just bet/3bet all in the flop. Most players get very suspicious and very often check behind the preflop 3better.

do not raise too much, you don't want to scare, a club draw, or a weak ace, even if that means giving proper odds to a heart draw.

I don't see the point of the CRAI...what are you trying to fold? The only credible draw gives you the nuts. You are perfectly happy seeing another card and you are never folding AQ or better. Just bet/call this turn.

I usually C-bet this flop. I think a lot of times you get a fold and you certainly don't mind a call here to build the pot.
