Villain is 76/9/0.5 over 50 hands, rarely folds to a cbet, goes to showdown and "value bet" with bottom pair, etc.

My image is pretty tight and I have folded most hands I played against him.

Turn my stack is $16.15 and there's $25.50 in the pot. If I check, he will bet no matter what he have. Push?

vs. this player, there is definitely value in shoving. vs. a more sane player, checking the turn is standard, but i think that shoving and checking are both fine. (given you call any bet on the river).
