Pretty tight regular 17/9/2.0/300 hands

I am bad in these spots, and I think tend to stack off way too often. Here it seemed a fairly easy fold when you figure I am beating JJ or a stone cold bluff and really nothing else thats reasonable for this opponent.

When and against whom are you calling here?
