Villia is 21/21/4 over 51 hands, I didnt really look at his stats when I was in play and really the stats are over such a small amount of hands they aint saying much. Is this just a fold Im thinkin it is but Im on an off about this recently.

its kinda small bet by aggressive player, you have position, think call is fine here

Question I have is how often does he have a hand that he will gimme his stack with? It seems like Id be better off folding I would like to here some arguments about calling though.

Seems to be a very aggressive player betting after a double check on a paint is just trying to pick up the pot.

Id say him actually having a hand that will pay you off is low. Its probably EV neutral at best, if you could get him to bluff at it again if you hit your set on the river.

This is almost like a min-RR ... I'd say you have enough implied for set odds.
