his vpip is 56, dont rememebr the others. ive seen him limp t6s utg and call down for flush draw i hav ebeen in a lot of pots with him and ive noticed when u play a lot vs someone and take it down they try to play back at u a bit.

5 to 1 on the river seems like a reasonable call. what looks like a 1/4 pot value bet to us could be a strong scare bet to someone with less experience. He could just as easily have AK or KT but you've gone this far so might as well call.
