Villian is 22/14/3.7 over 150. FWIW, we have 3 bet each other some this session, but never played one of those hands past the flop. I'm looking for critique on all streets. The flop may be wrong, but I wouldn't know unless you told me. I'm getting odds to call on the turn, but should I have considered a raise? Finally, did I miss value on this river? Should I have considered betting for value and folding to a push?

You shouldn't give results ... but it seems pretty standard to me

I'd bet more on the flop and fold to the raise. You have to call the turn once you get there with a fd+gutshot+pair. I'd check behind on that river too.

Betting 3 as opposed to 3.5 or 4 on the flop was where I went wrong. I leveled myself into thinking he picked up on weakness and was raising my cbet light. This happens a lot less than I think it does and need to just fold to this raise on the flop.

I would probably b/f on the flop, but besides that it's pretty standard.

Lately on this forum I've read a few posts from respected people that say something to the effect of "they're never bluffing as much as you think they are." I think this advice is spot on. I think people are playing back at me way more than they actually are.

I fold to the flop raise, otherwise play it the same.

While this is generally true, many also way over-value their hands at this level. You can't just roll over at every bit of aggression. Not saying this is the case here though.

I just have a quick question about procedure, I'm new to poker forums and was wondering what the numbers (22/14/3.7) represent. I assume something from PT but I'm not sure.
Thanks a bunch.

This may be the limit player in me, but I think I'd like to put a value bet in on the river.

These are Poker Tracker stats. VPIP/PFR/AF

VPIP= voluntarily put in pot
PFR= preflop raise
AF = aggression flop

im with poker starky on this one,his small bet on the turn is either demonstrating strengh, or weakness. In this situation, the fact that he checked on the river tells me that he did not have the flush unless your table image is super aggro, thus making him expect a bet outa you on the river. Im proposing a bet on the river. Now if he raises this bet...its another story
