I think this is fine to do sometimes. It is a good spot since you are heads up and have position.

What would be the stack size cutoff where just calling is a good move? For me it feels reasonable with these stack sizes but not if SB has anything less than around $30?

I push with a wide range of hands, so I'm always pushing with aces to a 3-bet since I usually get called.

i think against a thinking player call is good, they will usually fold anything but kings and maybe queens here to reraise, against donk just shove.
