(25NL) Convince me not to make those stupid plays

Recently I've found myself making silly bluffs (see examples below). 2+2 please convince me that these plays suck so that I can stop ruining a day of grinding like that.
I feel that I need to make this thread so that I can remind myself to stop betting with nothing when it is clear that the villain won't be folding his hand.

Any suggestion is welcome.

reviewed villians hands, and I have about 20 hands of him bluffing big+showing, and no hands of him showing down a monster. Sexy times.
