don't have stats on villain, but he's loose.

the hand before this one i raised, he call and fold to my cbet.

a couple of hands before he called my pf raise with J4s, got 2pair on turn and bet for value turn and river

comments on turn play please.

I really don't like the flop 3bet. I think your probably turning your hand into a bluff.

AV it depends on the size of his turn bet and my feel of his play in that spot. I think the A is one of the worst cards in the deck for you, and would probably fold to a turn bet a fair amount of the time (but not always).

I would never call turn+river.

Flop looks good to me.

On a turn like that against a fairly loose player (read: not a solid player) I tend to put in a donk blocking bet. For example, on that turn, I will sometimes bet $5. If he comes back at me with a large raise, I let it go. If he calls, I hope for a free showdown. The A is very likely just as scary for him as it is for you. He likes his QTs or KTs on the flop and then your turn check tells him you don't have the A, so he fires away on the river.

Maybe this is spewing, but bad players like to call blocking bets. A lot would depend on this guy's AF.

Against an unknown, I probably take the same line as you did.
