UB withdrawal problem

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, didnt know where to put it.

I have a problem since I have deposited al arge amout of my BR at UB with VISA as well as with neteller. And now I cant withdraw it without chosing sth costly. VISA withdrawals not posssible and neteller I have another mail account with neteller than the one at UB. Strange rule if u ask me, and I cant change the mailaccount preferred at UB cause I already used it at another previous account at UB. What a mess, right?

I want to withdraw to neteller, anyone have been in the same situation, is it solvable, UB refuses to answer my mails they just deny my neteller withdrawals.
Surely its absurd you cant withdraw to same account u used for depositing? Please someoen help me out here..

Transfer to old account, play for a few days, withdraw to Neteller?

Transfer to someone on here and ask him to cash out for you and send you a cheque? I'd gladly do it but I doubt you would just trust any random poster.
