i check pre flop. i like a check raise on the flop more than a bet, but you didnt play it horribly.

You tried to pick up the pot and without a real read I would fold this hand. It really doesn't matter that he min raised It could mean he has a 4 or it could mean he has 35 but either way are you willing to call any bet on the turn unimproved?
