Yeah, the SB could have raised preflop with anything, so the K doesn't worry me a ton. I might have bet more on the flop (maybe a pot-sized bet). The fact that the river was a third spade probably means a lot here, as the SB could have had a hand like 7-8 of spades, though I'm more inclined to think that his hand was stronger than that since he just checked and called, letting you be the aggressor. It's like he wasn't concerned about giving you cards. Did he flop a set of 3s or 4s, or did he weakly play a hand like 7-8 or 9-8 of spades? I would guess one of these hands or a complete bluff.
