This seems to me like an opponent going OMG I HAVE A PAIR OF ACES and raising. Your kicker is probably better than his, so I'd be very inclined to call here. Turn I'm not sure on but both check/call and bet/fold sound good I think.

Villain has less than the pot left if you call the flop, so b/folding isn't good. I would put him all in on the flop.

You can't fold this to an unknown at this level. I would call, and lead out on a safe turn.
