Wondering if i should call this bet pre or 3bet him.

Try not to include action after your decision point, it influences the responses.

Anyway, I would just call this preflop. You have position and you don't really want to isolate without a read. I would bet a bit smaller on the flop, more like $9-10.

reads would be nice. w/o reads i'm 3betting. my hand figures to be best and i'd rather cbet a j34 flop than be faced with a cbet on the same flop.

I kinda like calling on all of those flops and re-evaulating the turn. None of those are really likely to have hit the villains hand range too hard, so there's a good possibility he'll slow down on the turn.

Read dependent, but generally I'd call preflop float flop.

i'd like to know what range you're putting a unknown utg raiser on. if you don't think these flops have "hit" him, why aren't you 3betting pf?
