HELP: HOW do I use a converter?

I clicked on all of the links posted on the SSNL thing. I copied and pasted my whole hand history in it and it doesn't work. Can anyone teach me how it works? I play on Absolute Poker if that has anything to do w/ it.

Which converter are you using. First, make sure it's compatible with absolute.
