no read yet. 14 hands deep. the big PF bet looks like TT JJ or AK. i figgered id take a shot with a raise on the flop and fold to the push, which i did. i was thinking of just folding all togehter. was the flop raise spew?

Big preflop raises usually mean small pockets rather than big.

In the hand.. I dont know, I just call this knowing that most of the time I am behind, but due to the dead money in the pot.

I don't think the flop raise is spew. It makes the hand significantly easier to play and prevents us from later spew, ie calling down too light without a clear idea of villain's range.

Fold is good too I think. Against a non-maniac villain it's either close to a flip or way behind.

There's no way you can rely on that rule to pick off a weak PP. Some players play QQ+ really fast PF. It's totally player dependent.

OP, I would RR on the button PF planning on folding to another RR or shove. Your line on the flop looks good...like someone else said, it prevents further spew from having to call two streets light.
