Anyone Try to Cash in Points at Doylesroom Lately?

I have cashed in a good amount of bonus points at DR in the past but for the last three weeks or so they have not fulfilled my latest request. They waited a week or so to get back to me, and then the VIP rep said they are currently having "technical issues" and it could take a while. This was about 2 weeks ago, anyone else having a problem... or not?

I just cashed last Tuesday and received my tournament timer and a free poster today, Saturday. Wow.

I did order other items a couple days before that, but they reversed the order until I verified my account.

Also, I should have clarified that I am talking about the $$$ for points.
