Against an unknown, this looks fine to me. The flop call is a little debatable already because you have no diamond so your 2pair outs are a little tainted. But in general I'd probably call too and hope SB wants to see a free river or whatever. But I'd really like to see something like 38/11/3 next to his name to make this call.
