SB is Loose Preflop mostly limping/calling but very weak postflop... is this an easy fold, good call, or weak call with a definite reraise for value...?

If he's weak postflop he should not have called flop and turn with a gssd (even though your bets were a bit undersized exposing you to the FD). PF says he doesn't have AA, JJ. If he hit his 88 then pay him off. Push and expect to see 2-pair or see him fold a bluff.

yea the only hand that beats you now besides a higher set, is a 7-J straight, you've more than likely got the best hand here.
