Hand 1)

Opponent: very big fish
Thoughts: it is very hard to put someone with about 50%vpip and 40% wts on a hand, so he can have a flushdraw or a nine or some sort of pocket pair too, so i think the flop bet is right, and so is the turn-bet

No big problems here.
2nd hand ya gotta worry about the flush but no way to fold either due to stack sizes

Hand 1 is just read-based. Is this player going to call with Queens there on the flop? How about something like A-9? And you mentioned flush draw as well, in which case clearly setting him in on the turn is the move.
Hand 2 villain makes a very strange raise on the turn. That's setting off alarms in my head. Why on the 4 does he raise? Maybe something like 4d-4x making a poor flop call? Could have flopped it too like was mentioned and is just trying to build the pot for the river or something. Could even just be raising a naked Ad, as based on these hands it wouldn't seem to him like you would bet out a flopped flush. The small size of the raise just seems fishy, but I'd probably pay it off and maybe put out a blocker bet on the river.

well played against a calling station, you will be good more often then not

My mistake, he acts before you and moved the rest in. You can't fold Q-Q here to this tiny raise.

The fact thats hes playing a small stack both times is going to make it really hard for you lay either of these down. based on the pot size and how much he has left after both turns i dont think you can play these any differently
