hm, tough to say if you have absolute no reads on him.
I'd lay this down since he might have hit a set or made the straight. 15$ more to go is way to much for me with TPWK and a flushdraw to call.
I'd fold and wait for other oppurtunities.

pot is laying you poor odds and you're never ahead here so i think you have to fold, you can't count your queen as an out
