Villain was 31/11/2.5/36
Should have folded to the flop C/R? I put him on a set as soon as he raised, this hand sucked.

Absolutely correct, fold to that flop raise, I probably wouldn't raise so much PF as well.

As played you NEED to call that turn.

Yeah I agree with EMc, but I either limp behind or fold preflop - you want a multiway pot with this hand, you don't wanna make it heads-up.

I almost did, but i was so disgusted at the situation I desided to fold and save the bet.

This is definitly a leak area of mine (biggish pots), as I tend not to think things through when a big situation unfolds (when it really matters lol).

Fold flop, you have nothing but a FD and he priced you out of your draw. On the turn you have to call roughly $23 more into an $80 pot. Your pot odds are 4:1 and you're a 2:1 dog to win the hand. Mathematically youre making a huge mistake by folding the turn. I'm assuming this guy is a donk and has KT here.

i'll add that i agree with emc and barry here ... once you call that flop, you have to call turn

Makes sense. I knew it went bad, I just talked myself into a call when I shouldn't have and then talked myself into a fold when I shouldn't have lol. Ah well, that's learning I guess.

Thanks for all the input!
