Villain here is 32/15/.71 over 30 hands, so basically unknown. Looking for thoughts on turn check, river raise, and bet size of river raise.

Bet turn bc of the draw and check behind river. With no draws on the flop I like this, I'd even probably raise to $12 here.

I'd want to get to the showdown rather cheaply w/a monotone flop. (Which you didn't hit) A tricky player would want you to think that he's weak going into the showdown....checking turn and block betting river.

Check turn is good.

Min raise river is better IMO

I should add I raised with the intention of folding to a 3bet.

I checked the turn because betting for value doesn't make much sense, sure they could have the king of diamonds, but I'd rather not start printing money for a made flush/set.

I personally wouldn't take this line on a monotone flop against a rdm opponent. On less drawy boards with AK I might do so. Depends on villains tendencies. With TPTK in position I just feel as though pot control is less important on the turn so I bet here to gain value from draws instead of checking behind and betting a blank river.
Draws won't be paying you off after they missed on the river that is why I prefer betting the turn again with TPTK in this spot.
I wouldn't worry about sets and made flushes.

I feel minrasing the river for value could be a good move in this spot too. Looks donkish and therefore generates a lot of calls from weaker hands that would have folded to a say 3x raise.
