Hey all, was hoping for some advice on the following hand that came up yesterday. The stats on the multiple villains are:
SB: 32 / 24 / 3.4 (442 hands)
UTG: 34 / 9 / 1.2 (127 hands)
CO: 34 / 9 / 1.5 (47 hands)
Button: 42 / 6 / 15 (62 hands)
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.10/$0.25
6 players
Stack sizes:
UTG: $18.05
UTG+1: $23.90
CO: $25.10
Button: $6.10
SB: $40.70
Hero: $36.60
Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with 9/images/graemlins/club.gif 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, CO calls, Button calls, SB calls, Hero checks.
Flop: 6/images/graemlins/club.gif 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif 8/images/graemlins/club.gif ($1.25, 5 players)
SB bets $0.75, Hero raises to $3.4, UTG calls, CO calls, Button raises all-in $5.85, SB folds, Hero calls, UTG calls, CO calls.
Turn: Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif ($25.4, 3 players + 1 all-in - Main pot: $25.4)
Hero ...
I don't really like to get too aggressive with unraised pots, but seeing as though I nailed two pair on the flop, felt compelled to raise up to see where I was at. The two calls behind confused the heck out of me, but I still figured to be ahead of what was most likely either FD or SD holdings. When the Button raised all in for $2.45 more, I contemplated moving all in, but quickly realized that since the raise was not equal to or above my original raise, I was forced into a check / fold situation.
At this point, what are your thoughts on calling $2.45 with 2 probably callers behind vs. folding. Also, what is your line on the turn given a completed straight draw? Thanks in advance for all input that isn't as vanilla as "I'd call" or "I'd shove"!
