Villain is an unknown and bought in semi short. What range do you put him on here?

I don't know if it's standard at your level, I play NL25, but you're 35/65 vs KK... the only hand you're in BIG trouble against is AA... right?

I'm not sure what his range is as he's a semi-shortstack. I would say 99+ and AJ+. I think I give unknowns way too little credit though. With $14 already in this pot I find myself calling this too often and cursing like crazy if he has AA/KK.
