Argh sorry for this guys...I did mess it up (first time posting a hand)...Anyway, I checked to him on the turn and he raised to $7. I came over the top for 21 more (all in).

Bet $1 pre.
What the hell happened on the flop? Was CO all-in? For $4? I'm very very confused...I think the converter must have seriously screwed up this hand.

if you are all in at some point its fine.

However

a. Dont post the BB
b. Lead the flop.

played fine. flop lead is fine too, as is c/r-ing it. dont like c/c as much.
