Looks like villian has a set or top two pair, would of folded on the river to a AI inless you have some good reads.

There is nothing on this board he could bluff with. A lone ace does not push here after calling three streets. A5-A9 and sets have you crushed. Even if his straight draw got busted, it is still very likely he hit two pair himself. Going broke on bottom two pair is the same as going broke on TPTK.
