Bet the river. He has shown no aggression and is unlikely to have a bigger pocket pair than yours. If he raises you can decide if you want to put him on 66, and fold or call accordingly.

I missed the stack size, but whatever. If you check he can bluff push, and you most likely have to fold. If you put him in he could fold better hands if he has TT or JJ which I doubt. I think you go ahead and put him in, but I may be very wrong.

What scorpio said regarding bet sizes.

If he's aggro, I like a c/c river line. If a calling station I just push on the river.
