Villain was 16/4/oo, but I didn't play many hands with him.
He limp/called preflop and reraised my flop bet, which all said POCKET PAIR FLOPPED SET to me. His minraise probably was meant to show weakness, I called.
But I am definetly behind on the river, am I not? So folding is the only option I have, right?
Could/should I have played it somehow different?

Fold looks fine. Only call ridiculous overbets when you're sure you've won.

This is not true. I play NL10, and instacall most overbets on decent boards with two pair or better. Against some opponents, TPTK will even do.

It's extremely profitable.
