Assuming your overcards are no good, you're about 1 in 3 to get another heart that wins you the hand. Against two opponents, you're getting 3 to 1 on money put in that loose UTG+1 has, and 2 to 1 on the money on top. As an added bonus, the SB's most likely holding is an overpair, and it could be as low as JJ. If it's JJ or QQ, your overcards are good against him, offering additional ways to win. Even further in your favor, it's entirely possible that one of these guys (hopefully the bigger stack) has a lower flush draw and is really hurting against you here.
Bottom line: your opponents' best cards are still giving you 3 to 1 odds, and if you can beat the likely overpair of the SB and lose to UTG+1, you'll still come out way ahead. I make this call here 100% of the time; even though it's a high variance play, I believe you come out well ahead in the long run.

Pretty easy call here given the pot odds. Your overcards could also be outs if villians have combo draws or draw + TP type hands which is possible.

Call this, you've got a draw to the nuts and you're odds are good, you could even be like 55% to win the hand.
